Benissa Costa Villa – Casa Alba
Casa Alba is situated in an excellent location in the Baladrar area of Moraira, within a short walk of Baladrar’s small beach and the amenities of San Jaime. These include a fabulous supermarket, several bars, restaurants, pharmacy, cash point etc and a fully equipped gym, all within a few hundred meters of the property.
Moraira’s town centre and main beach are easily accessible with a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the villa on the main scenic coastal road with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops on the way into town.
If you prefer not to drive the villa is 100m away from the pick up/drop off point for the Beniconnect direct bus service which operates to and from Alicante airport.
The villa is situated on a large plot with many outdoor areas to relax in. The plot and gardens are secluded with a large terrace surrounding a larger than average pool at 10m x 5m. All of the bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and Wi-Fi is available. Perfectly situated to offer privacy and the convenience of walking to the beach and amenities.
